If you don’t think it will happen to you, ask a co-worker, a hygienist you sit next to at your next meeting or CE, even your classmates… hygienists are hurting. The calls from the last few weeks have been:
- Complicated pregnancies (pre-term contractions, preeclampsia, joint pain/fluid buildup affecting many body parts, etc.)
- SI joint pain preventing mobility without extreme pain.
- Dominate hand tendonitis.
- My own issue with pain in left thumb from the suction being turned off and on. I wear a brace while not working. Seeing specialist again on 10/14/2015.
Remember that you can’t insure a home for fire if your house is already on fire!!! Disability income insurance (paycheck insurance) needs to be purchased before symptoms and treatment.
